Proof approval
We send a digital proof for every order. Production begins only after you approve it in writing (email counts). What you approve is what we print.
Minimum orders
- Screen printing: 36 pieces
- Embroidery: 12 pieces, up to 24 depending on the design ⚑
- DTG and DTF printing: no minimum, including one-of-one pieces
- Decals and banners: quoted per project ⚑
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from approved proof for orders up to 1,000 pieces, not including shipping. Larger orders are quoted individually. Rush service is available on request.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is due before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, at pickup or before delivery. Approved business accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms.
Cancellations
You may cancel at no charge before production begins. Once production has started, the deposit covers materials purchased and work completed. ⚑
Defects, reprints, and refunds
Please inspect your order on delivery or pickup. If an item doesn’t match your approved proof or has a production defect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund them, at our discretion. ⚑ Errors in artwork that you approved are not covered. Normal color variation between screen and print, and between garment brands, is not considered a defect.
Artwork and confidentiality
Your files and logos are used only to produce your order. We store them securely and will delete them on request. You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send us. We’re happy to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement for business customers.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is quoted separately and is not included in production time. Local pickup in Concord is available. ⚑ Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier has the package.
